Just trying to get the plugs

After buying my hosting site and logging into wp-admin it only shows my wp.com version and it has not switched over to the wp.org version. I am unable to seen plugin’s or add themes.

I need help and I’m truly getting overwhelmed. I have serched high and low for more simplistic answers. I’m a begininnig user and everything I read like it doesn’t relateto my problem.
