Bootstrap problem, interferes with Simple Press file upload

The free version was tested by Simple Press and did NOT cause a problem. I have the premium version and it interferes with the Simple Press forum file upload. Here’s what Simple Press had to say:

You could ask them how it can be turned off for a specific page… If
it is not needed on the forum page – for example – then why load it up
in the first place.

You could also point out to them that bootstrap is unsupported by WP
and, worse than that, has a negative impact on the jQuery UI which IS
supported. The trick to get things working is to ensure that the jQuery
UI is loaded AFTER bootstrap so perhaps they could give that some
thought and properly accommodate plugins that do stay with the
standards.

I hadn’t even set it up yet and have no active forms, but when activated, I can’t upload files in Simple Press
