Contact us, Banner and social media buttons

Dear colleagues,

I am struggling with the theme. I cannot seem to find where to edit the text in the pink banner (I made them grey). I have seen a topic about it but it is not the same for me..

Also my contact form wont show up, though I follow the guide provided on the website..

Another question is how the social media buttons on the left bottom of the site work. When I open the customizer and then open the Widgets part, then open the Footer sidebar one part. There is just text. It is programming text I guess but how do I make it possible to link the button to a Facebook page?
