wfconfig tables are huge

I have several wordpress customer databases, and their wfconfig tables are gigantic. It doesn’t appear to be stuck in a install loop as the table has stopped growing, but these do not seem like normal sizes.

Ae we able to truncate these tables manually, have the customer re-install, or are we stuck with these sizes.
