    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

Could you both try using our beta plugin? You can find a download link and instructions here:
    https://jetpack.com/beta

The beta plugin includes some fixes our developers have been working on for Publicize issues. As a result, using it should likely cause these problems to be resolved.

Once you install and activate the beta plugin, go to Jetpack -> Jetpack Beta and choose “Tagged Beta Releases” and make sure the “Auto-Update Jetpack when new betas are available” is checked and click the “Save my choice” button.

After you’ve installed it, and if the problem remains, could you let me know your site URL so I can take a closer look at your Jetpack settings, so I can check if I can help you from my end?

    Thanks!

Thanks for giving it a try. I’ve made a few changes on our end to shake that issue out – can you try again and let me know if your next post doesn’t get sent out to your subscribers?

Please get back in touch if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

Hi Jeremy, i reinstall the beta version of jetpack but does not work.
I deleted the settings for facebook and twitter, but does not work.

there an option to activate a debug mode?
I’ve spent years using jetpack without serious problems, but this problem has me worried, is not a facebook or twitter problem i think.

please, if you need something, just ask.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

@guarezz It seems we’re having trouble communicating with your site from WordPress.com right now; every time we try to access your site from a WordPress.com server, we receive a timeout error:
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I wonder if this could be caused by your site’s HTTPS setup. Could you go to Settings > General in your dashboard, and make both the site address and the WordPress address are set to use https?

Let me know how it goes.

I have reviewed and both are with https, http also try, but without positive results.
I will try to set up my website without SSL i’ll see what happens.

Hello, I found the problem was hosting service, the server had a high CPU usage and error gave time out, now is working much better.

    Thank you anyway!
