Most Recent Update disabled drag and drop in widgets

We updated to the latest version of WooCommerce and now we can’t move widgets. There is no way to select them.

Also, in the dashboard the side dropdown/fly out menus are also disabled. Here is what we tried so far:

1. Disabled each Plugin one at a time to see if it was a specific Plugin. When WooCommerce was turned off, they worked again.
2. Disabled all plugins – Except WooCommerce and Vendor Stores, Still not working.
3. Switched theme to Twenty Fifteen with all plugins on – Still not working
4. With Twenty Fifteen still on, no plugins – it works.
5. With Twenty Fifteen on and WooCommerce on – Does not work.
