• Dear sir,

Thank you for taking the time to read my email.

I have been using the Enigma theme for over a year and I have to say it works brilliantly and I must thank the developer for such a wonderful theme.

However recently after the latest update I have been unable to view the login page on my site, thus I don’t know how to roll-back my site or solve the problem. Could anyone please advise? I can’t update my content nor add codes for a week now and I’m getting very worried.

    My website is wwww.bgbadminton.com

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

    Best Regards,
    Gerald Ong

  • Hi @geraldongsl,

Try manually resetting all of your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to/wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hey @geraldongsl,

The error in your website is same as the error mentioned in another WordPress Forum thread.

Do you have WP-CLI installed on your server. Upgrade it to the latest version and that should solve the issue. Also, refer the thread mentioned above for other options, if this didn’t work out.

    Hi everyone,

Just some updates, i managed to fix it by using FTP transfer and turning off the Plugins and re-uploading.

Thank you so much for your help, i really appreciate it!

    Sincerely,
