Protect PDF in return for email address & contact details

Hello, we have a client that is simply wanting to restrict download of a pdf until the customer has submitted their email address and details. We don’t really want them to have to download after receiving a link – we just want them to submit their details, then be able to access the pdf. Then we get a notification and can follow up with them later.

Does this plugin do this, or does someone know which of the other thousands of WP plugins can do this?

Some membership plugins only seem to protect pages/content and don’t offer this functionality.
