Minify

Hi Frederick,

Filename of minified files has a potential issue. I think W3TC relies on the filenames of the files to be minified to name the minified file. This can cause an issue if a file has changed in content but not the name.

I’ve also noticed that there are some comment errors. jquery/jquery-migrate minified file has no comments for the first but comments for second if I choose comment removal.
