Hide div inside iframe

This is my shortcode I am using :

[advanced_iframe securitykey=”XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX”?src=”https://www.nbnco.com.au” width=”100%” height=”508″ id=”check_address” scrolling=”no” use_shortcode_attributes_only=”true” hide_elements=”#mainnavigation”]

What I am doing wrong here ?

How is your setup?

Because you are using the configuration for the same domain.

What you meant by configuration for same domain, from admin settings or shortcode.

Can I do this by free plugin.

You are using the configuration for the same domain that is not correct.

You are on different domains. To hide elements there you NEED to add one line of Javascript there and use the external workaround like described in the administration!!!!

If you don’t have access you can use the “show only a part of the iframe” feature like shown here:

I purchased this plugin.
I also added one line of javascript “<script>document.domain=’XXXXXXXX.com’;</script>”

I also followed the step given in workaround in administration but still not able to hide div inside iframe.

Please do needfull.

This is only the configuration for a sub domain!
Please follow the instructions on this tab below the box!

Where you have to include the ai_external.js!

hide_elements=”#mainnavigation” is than NOT in the shortcode anymore! you need to set this directly in the administration that is saved to ai_external.js or you set this before you inlcude ai_external.js.
