No emails being sent

    Hi,

    I’m testing this on a local WordPress install. But when ideas are submitted no email notification is sent to the admin. And when the post is moderated and published by the admin no email is sent to the person who created the idea post.

    I have an smtp plugin active and it is working (sends email with other plugins/functions). Just not this plugin. Do you know why?

    Hi,

    That’s because WordPress is not doing it for regular posts. If you need this feature, you can do the following:

    – Create a wp-idea-stream-custom.php file (see here for more infos)
    – Paste this code in it.
