Status Keeps Changing From “Sold” to “Contingent”

Hi,

I am using version 2.1.3 of IMPress Listings on a site that is also using IDX Broker Lite. We have two listings in IDX Broker that have “Sold” as their status under the Sold/Pending Listings section of the IDX Broker Dashboard. We edited the two listings in IMPress Listings and set the property status to “Sold”. Sometime after setting and viewing the listings, which do show “Sold” as their status in the listing banner and in the listing detail, we see a “Contingent” status added to our status list and to the two “Sold” listings and displayed on the property banner. In the listing detail, “Sold” is listed as “Primary” and next to “Contingent” it is a “Make Primary” link (which we have not clicked). We first tried removing the check next to “Contingent” (both Contingent and Sold were checked) and clicked “Update” and the listings were displayed as “Sold” which we would expect. Again, sometime the next day, we checked and “Contingent” was listed again. We then tried adding the filter function from the the sticky post in the support forum to our theme and made sure “Contingent” wasn’t listed but had the same results later in the day (Contingent back and displayed). We then went into the database and removed all references to “Contingent” or “contingent” and that worked again for awhile. I looked into the database table to see where “Contingent” was listed and it showed -> “propStatus”;s:10:”Contingent”; and later in the cell I saw -> “idxStatus”;s:4:”sold”; for each listing. It would appear that propStatus is what gets displayed on the listing “banner” instead of the listing’s idxStatus even though “Sold” is set to “Primary” in the listing dashboard under “Status” and that propStatus keeps creating a “Contingent” status even after we remove it.

Is there anything that we can do to keep our “Sold” listings from IDX Broker listed and displayed as “Sold” in the IMPress Listing plugin? Is there something we are not doing correctly in the plugin or IDX Broker?
