“Automatically” making new WP post

  • Hey there. A while ago, I set up a blog about graphic design. It works fine, but I’ve been thinking about making a script that scans RSS feeds for updates (for example, my Flickr favorites) and posts them on the blog automatically.

    Making the script is easy, but I have no idea how to make a script post to WordPress. Is there some easy way to do this or do I need to manually add information into the database? I also want the generated posts to have certain tags (so that I can use different CSS for those posts).

    So, is there an easy, standard way to do this?
