    This problem is not resolved. Ignoring customers is never a good idea. I suspect you already know that. At least I hope so…

    Hi Sharen,

    I’m really sorry about this. For some reason, WordPress didn’t send any notification of your responses on here and so we didn’t realize you’d responded! I’m very sorry about that. To make matters worse, the ticket you sent through our website was incorrectly set as “pending” by our system and so wasn’t seen by our support staff. I found the ticket and am reviewing it now. I’ll respond shortly via email.

    Again, we’re really sorry about this. We certainly wouldn’t intentionally ignore your messages!
