• Hello,

I have created several BuddyPress groups within my BadgeOS site. I am using the leaderboards plug-in and I can’t find a way to limit the display of a leaderboard to just the top badge earners within a BuddyPress group. The badges are available to all, and I have a main leaderboard to track the top earners across the entire site for each achievement type, but I also want each group to see how they rank against the others within just their individual group.

Any idea how I could do this?

    Thanks

  • Good suggestion. I would also love to be able to compare different groups’ (or specific user roles’) totals to one another. I want to add a bit of friendly competition class vs class without singling out individual students.

I would also love to be able to generate a leaderboard based on how many badges have been earned – I’m only seeing how to generate one based on points.

I’ve created a solution to show only members who are part of the group if the widget is shown on a group page. It does require a leaderboard with all of the members, so the maximum number of users needs to be higher than your number of users. This is because of the way the leaders are stored in the database.

If anyone is interested just reply to this post.
