When I activate this plugin it says “Please select a domain that is provisioned with CloudFlare.” None of the options provides any response, so I’m unable to select an active domain. To be fair, the cloudflare connection was enabled directly from Dreamhost, so assume this is interfering with the way the plugin was designed?

I’m seeing the same issue on a domain that is directly registered in Cloudflare, both in Safari 10 and latest FF so looks like it may be related to recent updates of this plugin?

No that shouldn’t be (I tested it on DreamHost, I work there).

Can you screenshot and link to what you’re seeing?

    Hi,

Just to confirm – the domain showing up as the “active domain” is the CloudFlare domain you’ve provisioned right? Is it a sub domain?

    Thanks,
    John

I’m having a similar issue with the latest Cloudflare plugin on Pantheon.

The Cloudflare settings page initially requested the Cloudflare email address and API key. After submitting that information, a page with a single “Active Zone” dropdown (to select the associated domain) and “Home” “More Settings” and “Analytics” icons/links is presented.

The dropdown defaults to “endpointf90c6b08.chios.panth.io” — which is not a domain in the cloud flare account, the dropdown selector is unresponsive (clicking on it does nothing), and the Home/More Settings/Analytics icons and links are inoperative.

Net-net: The plugin cannot be configured.

I’ve confirmed this operation with the latest Safari and Firefox browser versions.

This is what I am seeing in wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/home?_k=zvhyaz
It’s not a subdomain unless www counts. I can’t get anything to dropdown from Active Zone

Are there any errors in the php error log? What about in the browsers development console?

In my case there were no errors in the Psntheon php error log.

On my site, I am unable to select a domain to provision. My site was hooked up directly with Cloudflare years ago and I’ve had the plugin installed for a few years as well. This update appears to have locked me out of any way to activate or manage my account, as everything on the settings page is dead. Nothing is displaying beneath the three icons. Apparently it has kept the API settings that were previously set up as it is not requesting them, but because everything seems to be frozen, I can’t verify that or change any settings. Please help!!

    Hi @tomcoady, @vesica, @heretiq,

We’ve released version 3.0.4. Could you update the plugin and give feedback regarding this issue.

    Thanks

Currently running Version 3.0.5 , but no difference seen in this version or in Version 3.0.4 ??

OK I can see how the new functionality is now working on a different domain, so assume the reason I cant select the domain etc is due to some mismatch on other CF settings – will update this ticket if I figure out what it is.

    Hi @tomcoady,

Do you mind opening up a support ticket at Cloudflare.com do we can debug further?

    Please include:
    A link to this page
    Version of PHP
    Version of WordPress
    The Cloudflare domain in question.

Following advice from CF support to deactivate, delete and re-install the plugin, it now works perfectly.

Sorry, it’s been a crazy road for me since I posted my question. Family member diagnosed with breast cancer and life changed in an instant. However, I just checked this thread and decided after seeing @tomcoady last response to do the same – deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the plugin and everything is working fine now. Thanks so much @tomcoady!

    Hi @vesica,

Sorry to hear about your family member – I hope everything turns out okay!

I’m glad you were able to fix your issue with the plugin though!

    Thanks,
    John
