    In most cases, this error is caused by the fact that you set wrong FTP folder or address of your new website.

    Same problem…

    New URL (subfolder): https://site.com/new2/
    Root folder path of site: /www/site.com/new2/

    After click on “Check destination FTP/MySQL connection” folder file /new2/sd_installer.php present, but get error: ‘Could not find file for testing MySQL Connection. Please check “New URL” and “Root folder path of site”‘

    If click on “Scan system“, in console get error:

    Hello.
    I’m trying to copy a site within a single instance of Apache on Windows.
    From “wp” to “wp2”.

    “Could not find file for testing MySQL Connection. Please check “New URL” and “Root folder path of site””
    All settings verified.
    No records in logs.
    Why? Where to look?

    What need to enter in “Root folder path of site”?
    My source folder: d:\Apache\htdocs\wp\
    My destination folder: d:\Apache\htdocs\wp2\
    FTP home folder: d:\Apache\htdocs

    I write (variations):
    1. wd2
    2. /wd2
    3. ./wd2
    4. d:\Apache\htdocs\wp2
    5. d:/Apache/htdocs/wp2

    All not worked.
