How to insert short code in header.php

as I can put a short code of advertising ads ultimate manager in the header.php because I use wordpress

[Uam_ad id = “28322”] alone and does not show anything and if use

<? Php do_shortcode ( ‘[uam_ad id = “28322”]’); ?>

and it does not show me anything

if this problem is solved happen to the premium version
