Can’t log in to WP… error log shows this plugin

The site I am working on is in need of serious help, I’m a newbie at coding and don’t want to break the site, but am looking for help in resolving the issue. The website is functioning fine, but I am not able to login to the admin dashboard, and get the following error:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output.

No on has been able to login to the site since the end of February, and the error-log shows the following beginning on Feb 26 (below is an excerpt that is repeated over and over):

I have 2 questions:

1. Has anyone else using the-events-calendar plugin come across this issue or similar error log?

2. How do I clean up the error within the plugin?
