Product Enquiry Button text not translate

  • Hello,
    I need to change or Translate the text of “Product Enquiry”, the website use the italian language and in the plugin is already present the file lang translated, but the translation not works you can explain me how and where i can customize manually the text of this button?

    Hello shakesred,

    The text you are wanting to translate – the button text is dynamic – that is why you cannot edit it from translation.

    This is how you do that

    1. Go to the WooCommerce > Email & Cart menu
    2. Click on the Email Inquiry tab
    3. Click on the + Email Inquiry Button Style option box to open it
    4. In the Button text box write your button text in Italian
    5. Scroll to the bottom and click [ Save Changes] Button
    6. Go to the front end of the site and check – be sure to refresh the page so you see the changes

    i have try to reinstall the plugin but the section “Email Inquiry Button Style” is not visible

    My apologies I gave you the wrong information in my reply.

    I see from your screenshot that the Italian translation is not installed on your site – I say that because it is all in English – but perhaps you did that so it was easy for me to read.

    Please follow these steps and you will have the translation and the button text translation

    1. Please go to
    /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-email-inquiry-cart-options/

    and copy the Italian Translation file

    woocommerce-email-inquiry-cart-options-it_IT.mo

    2. Then go to
    /wp-content/languages/woocommerce-email-inquiry-cart-options/

    and paste the IT lang file in there.

    Once you have done that – please go to the plugins dashboard – [ Email Inquiry ] tab – and at the bottom click the [ Save Changes ] button.

    That should resolve the issue for you.

    Hello Steve,
    I have the exact same problem.
    The problem is not so much the language of the administration page, but the lack of the indicated function “Email Inquiry Button Style”.
    I apologize for my English, but I am translating with Google Translate and it seems to have understood that should also be active in the LITE version, is not it?
