Hello. I first want to thank you SO MUCH for this plugin! I tried several before I found this one. Yours has worked the best for me BY FAR compared to other event plugins. Everything is nearly perfect but I am having an issue in regards to the primary contact email.

For some reason, I cannot receive emails sent through WordPress with my standard work email address. This doesn’t only pertain to your plugin. This happens with all plugins and it seems to be an issue between my web hosting provider and WordPress. I even set up SMTP and it wouldn’t work! To get around this issue, I use an alternative email that works, and then that email address forwards everything to my standard email address. Normally this is not a problem.

My issue is that when people register and receive confirmation emails, it comes from the alternative email address. Also, when there is an error message, it shows the alternative email address to contact. Is there anyway I can get the confirmation emails to display a different / my standard email address? Also, unfortunately due to the email conflict, I cannot receive email notifications when people register, if my standard email address is used.

Any information you have would be appreciated.

    Thanks again.

EDIT: I played around with the settings. If I set up the email address to my standard email address, it does send out the notifications to the person who purchased/registered.

The issue is that I still am not receiving email notifications when the standard email address is used, and I cannot currently use the alternative email address, since it shows in all of the purchased confirmations and messages.

Is your standard email address different than your website address? e.g. example.com? Some email services don’t allow that, the email address domain and the website sending the domain have to be the same.
