Ad links aren’t redirecting

  • I’m managing a site that sells ad space so we’ve been using your plugin to place these ads. We recently moved hosting to a Managed WordPress on Godaddy. So, I’ve been dealing with that headache for the last two weeks tracking down bugs and now I’m trying to work out this one.

    This isn’t happening in Chrome at my end but when you click on any of the ads in the sidebar, it opens the new tab and shows the “ads_click” URL but hangs up there and doesn’t redirect to the clients website. Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    it looks like your hosting configuration protects your site by not allowing redirection to external site. Please contact your hosting provider to resolve this.
