No Shortcode and Export builder.

I have Contact Form DB installed on another website working fine. I just installed it on a different website and it will not display the Shortcode and Export Builder. When I open the shortcode function I see the features listed but no tabs labeled “shortcode” and “export”. If I click on any of the listed features like shortcode or export I see the words “Form, columns, rows… etc. but none of my submitted forms fields are showing under the “Show” menu.

Any ideas?
