Insert Media not working

  • Anytime I try and ‘add media’ to a page or post the media window opens and the wheel just keeps spinning as if it is looking for the media, the media is available if I go into the media tab in WordPress

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    I’m having similar problem, but a bit different.

    Everytime I insert an image to a page or post; or try to edit from the web editor, clicking Save or publish will send me to “Page not found” error.

    I have turned deactivated all the plugins and use one of those *Twenty* themes, but still problem still persists.
