• My site @ https://www.rootedesignworks.com was hacked back in the end of June. Upon realizing this I deleted my .sql as well as all my files via my Cpanel. My site does automatically back up both these via WPB2D & another plug-in. I scoured through YouTube and was able to find tutorials on how to re-upload these files, essentially resetting my site. I changed the name of my sql as well as my username attached to this database. I double checked my config.php file in my WordPress bundle to make sure these all match.
Before I was receiving a warning message that my site was infected when i tried to go in via my dashboard & that I needed to jump through a bunch of hoops w/ Google to correct this. Now when i try to go to my dashboard, all i get is a 404 as well as a statement that my admin site is ‘not found on the server’. I’m definitely in deeper waters than I can handle, can anyone offer any advice on how i might go about trying to get my site back on-line?
