Only useable in one place; Single use only; Multiple uses please

I don’t know why but this widget is only showing up as being usable in one widget area on the sidebar. All my other plugins can be used multiple times. Can you fix this?

I would also like to be able to set the language of each instance individually in the widget settings area. If you look at my site on a PC and click on the English/Japanese page button it should be easy to see what I’m doing. The address is https://agreatdream.com. Your plugin is on the Japanese page and I loaded another plugin like yours on the English page but I would like to be able to just use your plugin for both pages if possible.
