gravityform shortcode not working

    I am having issue with the rendering the shortcode for gravityform. It was working previously all of the sudden it stop working.

    Its not rendering the shortcode it will just display the actual shortcode which is [gravityform id=”7″ title=”false” description=”false” ajax=”true”].

    I am not sure if it is cause by the gravity form v2.0 or the optinMonster api? I couldn’t see any changes apart from the upgrade of gravity form v2.0.

    Shortcode tags are the same no changes.

    We’ve just recently made an update to the WP plugin that now automatically parses shortcodes. Simply update the plugin, refresh your optin list and the shortcode should be brought in automatically now and should work as expected. ??

    Hi Thomas, It seems that there’s still no update for the Optinmonster API in WordPress. We’re still waiting for the update for the shortcode to be parsed.

    Sorry for late reply and thanks Thomas and Rusty for quick reply.

    I have figure out the cause of issue, it is the API code generate in optinMonster and wp optinmonster plugin api not matching. Not sure why but I assume that my teammate generate new code and didnt update the wp optinmonster api fields in thw plugin.

    Hey guys, I just ran into this issue today as well.

    The interesting thing is, it parses the shortcode correctly on one page, but then not another.

    Here are the details:

    I am using version 1.1.6.2 on WordPress v4.7.2

    Is this because it is on a custom post type single page template?

    Any help or insight into this will be much appreciated!
