    Hello,
I am using your nice Custom Sidebars plugin in my local installation with Instant WordPress.
When it is active, and visualizing any theme, the wordpress header disappear, so it not possible anymore to go to the WP dashboard.
As soon as Custom Sidebars is unactive, when the page is reloaded the WP header is shown correctly.
Tried many times, always with the same result.
I am using the Custom Sidebars version available at www.remarpro.com, 2.1.1.0 update.
My Instant WP local installation is running IE 11.9600.
    Thank you for help

  • Hello @clack, I hope all is well!

I tested the Custom Sidebars on my site, and can’t replicate the same.

Just to make sure, the Admin Bar disappears from the front end, not the site’s header? Would you please let me know, can you replicate the same when all the other plugins are deactivated?

Leave only the Custom Sidebars activated and check the admin bar at the front end. Please also switch to a default WordPress theme, Twenty Sixteen for example.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

Well, it seems that there is a conflict between Custom Sidebars and WP Native Dashboard plugin, at least in my Instant WP local installation.
It means that if I want to use customized sidebars, cannot have the localization of the WP dahboard.

    Hello @clack,

The WP Native Dashboard hasn’t been updated for more than 3 years.

Some users are switching to R3DF Dashboard Language Switcher plugin. I tested this plugin along with CuStom Sidebars and it is working well.

Would you please try R3DF plugin and let us know if it will work for you?

    Cheers,
    Nastia
