You can remove the company logo from being displayed on the [jobs] page by removing this line – https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/blob/master/templates/content-job_listing.php#L17
Make sure to use the best practice for overriding template files:

Also, you can use this tutorial to remove the company logo field from the submit job page:

Let me know if that works for you! I’d also suggest investigating why some company logos don’t appear in the first place. Does this issue persist when you switch to another theme? Are all the logos of the same image type and dimensions?
