Members with personal area

I’m writing you for some help, I’m building a website for very rare metabolic disorder in children called AGU.
The website is targeted at parents who can submit few forms associated to their child’s development and we will use these forms to asses if the kids has symptoms of AGU.

I have gone through few tutorials on crating membership sites, however the challenge I have is that I need to give each parent a personal area where they can come and monitor their child’s progress, so their login will have details of only their child (not public).
Are you able to suggest any plugin which I can use to achieve the desired outcome.
