Forgot Password confirmation emails link error

Hello,

When I register a user and then go through the forgot password procedure there is an error in the email. I get the forgot password email with the links but the links have an error. They are adding my domain address twice. ie:

If you want to reset the password, please visit https://www.abc.org/https://www.abc.org/confirm-forgot-password/?add=test1dfd%40testdomain.org&rc=5f7r88F456FS4563
