Shipping Issue

  • I have my shipping set up for flat rate. I had an order this morning.

    Discount: $0.00
    Shipping: $4.99
    Order Total:
    $22.98

    The shipping is supposed to be $2.99 + $2.00 each additional item

    in the settings I have this in the in the cost setting 2.99 + ( 2 * [qty] )

    Is there something wrong in my setting?

  • That looks correct. The person bought one item. So 2.99 + (2 * 1) = 4.99.

    If you want it to charge 2.99 for the first item and then 4.99 when two items, etc you need:

    0.99 + ( 2 * [qty] )
