Insert title in the classic category

Hi, I just tested this on my testing site using the following theme Suffusion and it works. I suspect it has to do with your theme. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen.

Also looking at the image above on the second red circle, when you click on the down arrow to view the menu? What do you see under Navigation Label and Title Attribute?
