Showing ‘My Account’ only to logged in users

Nice plugin.

Would be nice if the ‘My Account’ item also behaves like
the login/logout and only displays when you’re logged in

(it’s doable using other plugins to hide/show menu items
based on user roles, but would be nice if it already worked
out of the box)
