multiple images

pls i have an issue with my site a particular product image seems to be duplicating on a different product feature images on the shop page i have cleared my cache, i have used a different system to test but still the same issue my hosting provider suggested that my isp need to clear there cache because on there end the have no error at all pls i need help the website is naturallymimi.com
