• Hi there – All emails being sent via Ultimate Member forms are being labelled as spam on multiple different email service providers (gmail, yahoo, hosted email provider etc). Our wordpress SMTP account is configured on our cPanel VPS. We have switched to SMTP mail to rule out PHP mail being a factor and have enabled HTML emails.

Is there anything else we can do to enhance email deliverability?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

This sucks, doesn’t it? You might try using SendGrid or a Google Apps email account for messaging to enhance your email credibility in the eyes of the filters that would otherwise mark it as spam even if it isn’t.

    Good luck,
    Rob

Check and see if your MX record IP addresses have corresponding reverse DNS records for your domain names. If your sites are shared, the host might help you re-set your PTR records.

In any case, this is not an UM problem…
