Free vs Pro

    The support is quite fast, but that’s it then!

    I have bought Pro Plugin and this seems to work only with the WP Themes. I have tried different themes and nowhere it works.

    One wants to then sell support and that is not okay to me! The free plugin works so well with other themes only the Pro not why I rate from Pro from

    I am sorry about the troubles and thanks for the feed back.

    Pro/Premium plugins are not supported here on the WordPress forums. However, I would like to re-iterate that we have shown you the plugin works on your server with WordPress’s default themes namely Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, … , Twenty Sixteen . It’s very time consuming to look at your current theme and debug the issue as we are unknown about each and every themes and their functionality. The scope of our free support doesn’t include fixing theme related issue.
