[Plugin: The Holy Scripturizer] “Act 1989” matches as a bible ref

I’ve been using the holy scripturizer for quite a while now, and it’s great.

I found a while ago that where we referenced the Children Act 1989, the “Act 1989” part was matched as a reference to Acts chapter 1989. I put together a very inelegant hack some time ago, but finally sat down today to work out how to fix this properly. I’ve raised Ticket #890in trac, which includes a diff that fixes this for me. I may have inadvertently broken the pattern matching for ways of expressing references that we don’t use, but I don’t think so.
