Sidebar appears at the bottom of the page (instead of top)

How do I get the sidebar on the right up again?

I started editing this theme today, and wanted the posts to be more wide (so I can also use larger pictures), but after making it more wide the sidebar dissappeared to the bottom.

Already minimized the sidebars (220 to 180 px), but only the sidebar to the left changed.
