Bulk Move Categories

Hello folks, I have migrated a Joomla site to WordPress using FG Joomla but categories are all screwed up. There are hundreds of categories and it is taking forever to click edit and then re-assign a parent category to each of them. Is there a way to bulk select categories and move them to a parent category.
