Adding text editor created page within WP domain

    Hello. Im very new to WP. I created a non-WP website to use as a portfolio for some of the mini sites I have created (also non-WP). I am creating a new portfolio site using WP and want to be able to embed these mini sites as files within WP so I can link to them through a button. I figure I just upload it via my FTP. Problem is Im not sure where exactly tin the mass of files to upload my mini sites or if it is even possible to link to non-wp pages that are on the same domain. Of course I can link to a different domain altogether but there must be a more efficient way. Does anybody have any suggestions?
