I’m having this error “there was an unknown error uploading the file. ”

it’s a 146KB jpeg file, and I’ve already followed instructions on giving permission to folder /public_html/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads (755)
but still can’t upload files from contact form. Can you help on that?
