Menu and JS code doesn’t work on several browsers

  • I am using wordpress 4.6.1 with porto theme.
    The sits works great on my computer both on firefox and chrome.
    But – with IE – the menu doesn’t expand and the woocommerce add to cart doesn’t work.

    BUT – some other computers – has this working in IE as well.

    Same goes for mobile – on my LG G4 the sites works great.
    on my LG G2 – no menus.

    One thing that I’ve notice that I get in IE (on my computer) that I don’t see anywhere else is this error message:

    SCRIPT5007: Object expected
    theme.min.js (1,15115)

    I am not sure how to address is, and the theme people keep insisting that nothing is wrong, so they can’t fix it.

    Any idea how to address this issue ?
    Server running php 7 on centos 7.1

    Guyz i m using flatsome theme its default color scheme is blue but i had changed it into orange, problem is when i m login by administration account i can see the changes which i had done but when i m testing it by normal user (without login) i can see default setting and default color scheme in which i can’t see the color scheme that i had changed and cant see menu as there is written that kindly go to appearance menus and set the menu but menu is already set

    in short when i m login with administration account i can see the changes that i had made but after signing out i cant see the changes that i had made, this all happens when i had updated to version 6.1.2 kindly help me what should i do now???
