Updated WooCommerce plugins and now lost plus/minus from Wholesale Bulk Order

We’ve got WooCommerce Quantity Increment installed.
It works perfectly on our Cart pages
https://diprimabeauty.com/shop/cart/But FAILS on our Wholesale Ordering page (we simply have the hidden up/down arrows)
