Trying to Set Up Salesforce

Nevermind, I got a fatal error on the website when I activated the plugin so I had to delete it.

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

The web-to-lead functionality in Salesforce creates an HTML form that you can embed into a page via a simple copy/paste. You should not need a plugin to add a lead capture form to your website. Here is a link to create a Web-to-Lead form in Salesforce.

That issue may caused due to the minification of your CSS. Disable all minification in your theme options and you should be fine.
