Accessing a post from another user

Hi,
When I create a post, I can then see it when I am logged in.
However when another user logs in, they can not see it.

What do I have configured wrong?

I am an Admin and the other user is an Author.

Also if the other user (Author) posts something, I am unable to see it.

Shouldn’t there be a way for all users to see all users posts?
