I think there is a MAJOR bug with the tax calculations.

I have my (latest version) Jigoshop setup so that catalogue prices include UK VAT. So a £400+VAT item has its price set to £480.

I have two tax rules set up: EU, at 20%; and ROW at 0% (which was very tedious to set up as I had to select “all” countries and then manually delete all the EU countries and their sub-provinces etc., otherwise the rule was unceremoniously rejected without any reason or notification).

If I place the product in the cart, with a UK shipping address, it shows as £480 (incl tax) with a sub total of £400 (excl tax) and a line that, correctly, shows tax of £80. Good.

If I now change the country to a non-EU country it breaks, big time.

The line item shows as £480 (incl. tax) and then the sub total says £480 (excl. tax) (der!!) and the line below shows tax of 0%.

THAT IS WRONG. We are charging customers VAT when we shouldn’t and the configured rules are not working.

    Or I have missed something.

    URGENT advice please!!
