Account Suspended?

  • Hi,

    I own the domain https://www.BigDogsGottaEat.com which I created on wordpress.com. A year ago (Sep 3 or 4) I transferred it to www.remarpro.com so that I could gain revenue from ads.

    When this year’s renewal came around, I decided not to renew it and I exported all my files back to wordpress.com and figured I would just use the free domain but now when I go to my site (listed above) it says my account is suspended. I’m guessing it has something to do with me not renewing but I’m not sure how to fix it?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    If I understood correctly you are having problems with wordpress.com? If so, you should contact their support.

    Wordpress and wordpress.com are two different entities, more about that can be found here.

    Due to the differences between the free hosted blogs offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.
