Captcha not working properly

    Hi,
    I installed profile builder plugin to register user. I add a captcha plugin to protect my registration plugin from sparms. The catcha is there. But unfortunately it does not work. No checking there. I customize the code of the registration form as per client requirement. (Remove password field from front end and put password as a static value). Click here

    Captcha by BestWebSoft plugin works on Profile Builder forms.

    After you install and activate this plugin go to BWS Plugins -> Captcha and select where to enable the captcha.

    In the “Enable CAPTCHA for” option check all the forms (Login form, Registration Form, Reset Password Form, Comments Form) then scroll down until you see these options “Show “Reload” button”, “Arithmetic actions” and “Complexity” and check all the checkboxes.

    Did you do all the above and the Captcha is still not working?

    I will need to test out the latest version of Captcha by BestWebSoft with Profile Builder to see what is happening. Did you tried to use an older version of the Captcha plugin to see if it works correctly?

    The dev team will take a look into this issue because Captcha by BestWebSoft plugin was working with Profile Builder but with the latest version is not working.

    Profile Builder Hobbyist and Pro version have the reCAPTCHA field which is an Extra Field Type. If you need any other information about the premium versions please submit a suppor ticket.
