How to encrypt redirection data?

In processor we can add redirect url but when form redirect it shows “cf_id” clearly visible. What if I want to encrypt that id. Is this possible. Or if I want to add more detail via redirect processor than that detail of user will be visible also. So question is simple, how I can encrypt redirecting data that passes via url?
